Hammerl’s twisted breads for autumn

Delicious new variants of Hammerl’s twisted breads! Starting in October, we will be baking the new carrot-walnut and pumpkin varieties.

Hammerl’s carrot-walnut twisted bread tastes subtly sweet and moist, is wonderfully crusty and consistently crunchy on the inside due to the nuts.

In Hammerl’s pumpkin twisted bread, the moist crumb is saturated with crunchy pumpkin seeds and is a very special colour thanks to the addition of pumpkin juice to the dough.

The perfectly balanced ingredients are new but the craftsmanship, with which the bread is prepared, is well established. Because our most important ingredients for unparalleled taste remain the same: real craftsmanship and lots of time.
