Alois Hammerl Landbäckerei has had two new breads in its range since mid-October. The special thing about this? The Organic Sunflower Seed Bread and Organic Mixed Seed Bread are not only wonderfully moist and full-flavoured but also 100 per cent organic!
The first organic breads by the Alois Hammerl Landbäckerei
Good things take time. This particularly applies to foods which are still made by hand – like the two new organic breads by the Alois Hammerl Landbäckerei. As a traditional bakery in Hard, we are only one of few bakeries of this size which still makes bread by hand and where quality plays such an important role it only makes sense to also use only the best ingredients: organic and from as near as possible!
The new organic breads
Organic Sunflower Seed Bread, 750 g
With its delicately nutty taste, this hearty and moist wheat and rye bread with crunchy organic sunflower seeds is perfect with marmalade as well as mild cheeses.
Organic Mixed Seed Bread, 700 g
A rustic wheat and rye bread with select organic pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Goes perfectly with hearty cheese and ham boards and tastes delicious with crunchy salads as well as creamy soups.
