As for any of our products, in the Alois Hammerl Landbäckerei we take a lot of time making our special twisted bread. This speciality bread develops its own unique taste through a particularly long dough resting time. Following which, our bakers and master bakers shape the dough into its rustic form.
The spelt root bread is now available exclusively in environmentally friendly glassine packaging without plastic.
