As for any of our products, in the Alois Hammerl Landbäckerei we take a lot of time making our special twisted bread. This speciality bread develops its own unique taste through a particularly long dough resting time. Following which, our bakers and master bakers shape the dough into its rustic form. Immediately before baking, the special twisted breads are coated with our Alois Hammerl Landbäckerei mixture of precious seeds and grains. A slightly nutty, hearty taste experience, that really is a feast for your eyes too.
